The Short Version

PomoRep is a focus and productivity app. Using it is free. An optional paid subscription, PomoRep Pro, unlocks deeper stats, an AI Work Coach, and prestige cosmetics. These terms cover your use of the app and the subscription. By using the app you agree to them.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use PomoRep on any Apple device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. This app is licensed, not sold, to you. Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse it, and don't use it to break the law.

PomoRep Pro Subscription

PomoRep Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered through the App Store. The following terms apply:

  • Title: PomoRep Pro (auto-renewable subscription).
  • Length: 1 month per billing period. A 7-day free trial is offered to new subscribers where available.
  • Price: The price shown in the app at the point of purchase (localised to your App Store region). Any free trial converts to the displayed monthly price when it ends.
  • Auto-renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Managing and cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your App Store account settings after purchase. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: your timer, stats, and settings stay on your devices and your personal iCloud, and the only online features are an anonymous leaderboard and an opt-in AI Work Coach.

Apple Standard EULA

Except where these terms state otherwise, your licence to usePomoRep is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights you have under the law of your country (including the Australian Consumer Law).

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
